MCC staff no longer need to manually log in to CPAD. Please see the attached guide for further information.

CPAD is no longer accessible via Citrix

CPAD will no longer work if you try to access it via the icon in Citrix or via the Edge browser in Citrix. You should access it via Chrome or Edge on your laptop. If you go via Edge, you can find it in the MCC Managed Favourites folder. It's in folder A - C.

Log a Helpdesk job

If you need to raise a job on the FM helpdesk, you do it via the Report It Online Form:Log a job here. You do not need to log into CPAD. The CPAD team also cannot raise jobs on your behalf.

New User Requests

If you need access to CPAD, your manager must request this on your behalf. Complete the form at: https://forms.office.com/r/1JZdtnzkUg

Problems logging in to CPAD

If you're having problems logging in to CPAD, your username or password isn't recognised, or your account is locked, then email the CPAD Team at CPAD@manchester.gov.uk and we can resolve the issue. Please do not contact ICT as they do not support the CPAD application.
