MCC staff no longer need to manually log in to CPAD. Please see the attached guide for further information.
**Please note that once you have used Single Sign On, your CPAD username will change to match your MCC email address. Your password will not change**
Log a Helpdesk job
If you need to raise a job on the FM helpdesk, you do it via the Report It Online Form:Log a job here. You do not need to log into CPAD. The CPAD team also cannot raise jobs on your behalf.

Problems logging in to CPAD
If you're having problems logging in to CPAD, your username or password isn't recognised, or your account is locked, then email the CPAD Team at CPAD@manchester.gov.uk and we can resolve the issue.
Please do not contact ICT as they do not support the CPAD application.
